The AMC will include the following services -

Backwash filter system when needed.
Clean strainer basket (as needed).
Vacuuming, leaf mastering or leaf raking of the pool (as needed).
Chemical testing of pool and balancing water with chlorine and acid (as needed).
Complete water analysis.
Skim water surface each visit.
Brush pool and walls of pool (as needed).
Basic care and maintenance of the filter equipment.
Rainy day schedules shall consists only of chemical testing of the water, adding any necessary chemicals and checking the operation of all pool equipment.
Any equipment requiring replacement or mechanical repairs - AQUA ARTE shall bring it to the notice of the client with an estimate of cost. Our technician shall proceed with the repair on the receipt of this amount. Upon the replacement of any part, the old part will be left on the site for inspection by Client.
